Apple is all set to kick start its annual developer conference WWDC  2021 next week.

The annual developer Apple event will introduce new versions of software across the Apple ecosystem, including iOS 15, iPadOS 15, macOS 12, etc. It is expected that they will introduce a new MacBook Pro along with other hardware products.

Of course, Apple is keeping everything under the cover for now and all of us will have to wait for Monday evening, i.e., June 7, to gloss over whatever Apple has in store for us. 

Apple WWDC 2021 expected announcements

iOS 15

This new OS update will be focused more on privacy and security.

Huge update in user interface especially in control centre where no changes were made for part few years from apple side. This will create a refreshing and rich user experience.

 

iPadOS 15

Developments for iPadOS has halted in the recent years but Apple is expected to give it the bare minimum to justify the annual upgrade. Additionally, more iPhone-like controls are expected to grace the iPad. With the M1 chip gracing the iPad Pro now, you can also expect several macOS-like features to seep in. Will we finally get a desktop-like experience with iPadOS this year?

New MacBook Pro, iMac Pro

A more powerful version of the M1 chip is expected to debut in order to make way for a new 16-inch MacBook Pro and 27-inch iMac Pro
We can expect blazing fast processing power with the new iMac

When and where to watch 

The event will begin at 10 am PDT on 7 June (10:30 PM IST). The event will be strictly virtual owing to the ongoing pandemic. This will be the second time Apple will conduct the WWDC virtually.
